Avoiding these email marketing mistakes will save you alotof unnecessary work. First of all email marketing has become a very popular and effective way for promoting your business. If you don’t know the right methods to use it can be mighty frustrating and cost you a lot of money and you will not be generating new sales. Mistakes to avoid will make your marketing strategies more effective.

Be sure to take the time to address each email personally. Consumers deserve that. It might be more expensive but in the long run more effective. You will get a better response from your consumers if you make them feel like a person and not just a number or statistic. A big turn-off to your consumers is the dollar ($) sign. This makes them feel like all you want is money. Do not use a campaign during the holidays. Consumers get enough emails and yours certainly will not be excepted any better. Holidays are the busiest time of the year for consumers. It is also a time of great stress so receiving emails that are addressed to “Dear Customer” are not going to get there attention. If you have products or services for the holidays then do your campaign around the middle of November.

Getting the consumers attention is of the utmost importance. By doing so you will grab there attention right away upon opening it. Put the most exciting information first and the rest of the details further down in the email. Always give the consumer the option of opening the email in html or plain text.

Consumers are always concerned about there identity and confidentiality. This is so important to them, that you must make sure your email sign-up form is explicit about there information being secure. It is understandable why consumers won’t sign up for the email promotions if you do not assure them that there information is confidential and secure.

A big item in email marketing is knowing the rules and regulations. If you are in global marketing it varies by country. You want to make sure you check the area’s that you will be sending to. You can get get heavy fines by not abiding by the rules.

It would be a huge mistake to think you know what the consumer wants. Take the time to ask. Be sure to answer there comments, questions and concerns. Customer Service is a great way to earn the consumers loyalty. Let them know that you are available to them. Once you sell to the consumer you want them to come back again and again.

Consulting a professional if you are new to email marketing will make the process go so much easier and the results will be so much better for you. Choosing the consultant will take some research as well as getting references. If budget is an issue then going the route of a broker consultant may be the way to go. They only charge you for the positive results the marketing campaign brings you. They will be paid for the traffic generated to your site as well as the new sales resulting from the email campaign. Another important tip here is, make sure that you have everything in writing including time frame and the method you both agree on.

Remember, you certainly do not want a unhappy subscriber to you email campaign. The law requires that you offer the subscribers a option of un-subscribing. Your goal should be to keep your subscribers happy with your email content but also to respect there wishes and remove them from your mailing list immediately. In closing I want you to understand that email marketing can be most effective for your business if you keep the common mistakes from becoming a part of the big picture. (marketing plan)

Hello Everyone,

My topic for the next few articles will be on email marketing.

When one is working on ways to reach mass amounts of customers in a short amount of time, Email Marketing is most effective and very inexpensive.

It will result in getting more traffic to your website and generate more sales. Email marketing is used for any type of business or market. Small business and the very large business will use the email marketing most effectively. Larger companies can afford to print up colorful fliers and ads where small companies find it harder because of the expense.

Email marketing can be done using software so that even small businesses can create effective and professional looking email marketing campaigns on a small budget, hopefully increasing there sales. Email marketing is a great way to deliver information to the consumer. Most everyone has a computer and they most generally log on several times a day to check there email. This is a great opportunity to reach consumers around the globe. There are no boundaries with this method of marketing.

On average, email marketing costs 78% less than other types of marketing. This savings is after the cost of research, testing and sending the emails. It also takes the cost of consulting into consideration. Email marketing consulting is often less expensive than other marketing consultants. This means you ca choose to save money or maybe invest more but reach more people. In addition to saving money, you save valuable time. Your emails can be scheduled to go out at times when you are out of the office or working on other projects.

Email marketing allows you to use graphics, games, videos, music and other types of materials to gain there interest, thus appealing to your customers.

This is something most other marketing concepts don’t allow. Sure, they offer one or two choices but it seems like everything is possible with email marketing concepts. Once you have the name and purchasing history of the individual you can personalize the email and by doing so this makes the customer feel more trusting towards you as well as more loyal to the company. Getting mail at home that says “Dear Customer” is not being very personable.

You will be able to create marketing lists that allow you to send a marketing campaign only to a target market. This is a very effective way of sending different campaigns to different customers.

Email marketing gives you tools for measuring the success of the marketing campaign. You can measure the click through rate, conversion rate, find out how a person linked to your website, and many more ways of analyzing data. Customers can choose to opt out by clicking the link in your email marketing campaign. This saves you money by knowing who isn’t interested in receiving your information. There is no way to know that with other types of marketing campaigns. For those who are interested in your email marketing campaign, you will see the responses quickly. This is a great way of knowing what is effective for future marketing endeavors.

Email marketing is one of the most common as well as most successful marketing methods available. With the volumes of consumers on the internet everyday it only makes sense to use itfrom a business point of view. Email marketing is a great way to reach a volume of people quickly and inexpensively. Email marketing is a great opportunity to communicate with your customers. This is an effective way to be able to analyze your marketing tools so you will know what is working and what areas you need to continue improving.

Hello from South Texas,

We will be heading home to Minnesota in a couple weeks . The winter here has been beautiful and Minnesota has had one of the mildest winters on record. You might guess. ha!

We are still on the subject of blogging. I guess we can never learn to much about the subject.

I found this article from a article directory and want to share the information with you.

This article as follows:

Here’s the thing, if you want to become a successful blogger, you need to have a deep

understanding for your target audience. Successful bloggers know what these people are looking

for and they truly understand them. Surely your readers will come back much more often if you do

this. Here’s how you can give your blog readers exactly what they want:

1. Build a relationship with your readers. If you really, really want to be successful at blogging, you

have to communicate with these people. Offer them some incentive for joining your mailing list.

You could give them free teleseminars, ebooks, or anything else that you think would be valuable

to them. Let them know that you’re giving them these free things for their contact information.

Once you have collected their information, you can begin to build an ongoing relationship with

them.

2. Make sure to meet these peoples needs. If you really want to get on their good side, write your

posts for them. Find out what they need help with and deliver it to them. You can do this if you’ve

collected their contact information. Send them an email that asks them what they’re struggling

with. Then use their questions to write your posts. This is the best way to target their wants and

needs. Also, make sure to reply to their emails so that they don’t think you’re ignoring them. You’ll

be amazed at how well this works. Surely these people will read your posts more often if they trust

you.

3. Personal opinions about a product or hot topic in your niche is great for content that pulls your

readers in. Creating these types of posts are great for getting people to converse on your blog. Do

not worry if people have different opinions than you, it is all about pulling in the traffic….Get these

people excited about your content and they will spread the word about your blog.

4. Write a review. Reviews are a great way to monetize your blogging efforts. If you can write a

great review on a hot selling product, chances are that you will be rewarded with a fat commission

check. Keep in mind though that it is not wise to only write reviews, as this will drive people away

from your blog. So focus on providing well written content like, reviews of products, opinion articles

and “how to articles” for your blog.

Get your content out there…

By the way, do you want to know how to use articles like this one to drive traffic to your blog and

increase online conversions? If so,I suggest you check this out: article writing methods

Spamming does happen. As popular as blogging has gotton and the millions of people blogging everyday, commenting has become mighty popular too. That is good! There are always those who like to spam your site with links to there sites, etc. Today I will walk you through why comments are a great form of feedback for your blog, how they help your credibility of your content, what spam is and how to prevent it from happening.

Comments – A great form of feedback

When blogs first came around, they were simply online journals. No one could post comments on a blog posting. That all changed in 1998 with OpenDiary, a site which allowed people to comment on blog postings. Now every blog, whether it is remotely or self-hosted, includes this option to comment.

Commenting is great because it allows real people to tell you what they think about your form. It gives you feedback on what you are doing right and what you may need to improve. Comments can be encouraging to you and motivate you to post more quality blog messages. Or they can be constructive criticism to make you work harder to get better at writing content.

Whatever the style of comment is, it is still very useful to your blog. High numbers of comments have the ability to make a blog look credible because they show that the blog is being read by a lot of people. That’s something that every blog owner wants, and comments help to let them know just how many people enjoy their content.

Bad comments

Unfortunately, spammers have now started to use comments as a way to spam. How do you know what a spam comment is? Well, a spam comment is a comment that only advertises another site or product. If the comment seems bland/generic with a cheap link thrown in, then it’s definitely a spam comment.

Here is an example of a typical spam comment:

“Hey, this site is really cool. Check out my really cool site at spamsite.com.”

Of course not all spam comments will be this blatant, but you get the point.

Fortunately for bloggers, as spam comments have grown, so has the ways to prevent it. Here are a couple ways that you can prevent spam comments from even being posted on your blog.

#1: Close off commenting on older blog posts

There are options for you to stop comments from being posted on any particular blog post. Lots of times, spammers will post comments in weeks or months old posts. So take away this opportunity from them to keep it from happening. Most blog hosters now offer this as a standard option in the tool panel. If one of your posts has been up for a couple weeks, close it up.

#2: Take advantage of software offered to prevent comment spam

If you host your own blog using WordPress, you can use an option in that software to prevent spam. Even if you aren’t using WordPress, you can still use other Spam comment blocking software like Spam Karma, Akismet, and Bad Behavior. While these aren’t 100% effective, they have proven to be quite effective in preventing spam from happening.

#3: Take a look at your settings and see what can be tweaked to toughen your protection

Lots of blogs now have settings to help prevent spam. If you already have a spam blocker on in your blog and are still experiencing spam, take a closer look at the settings to see if there’s anything that can be tweaked to make your protection stronger. However, if you do this, you should closely monitor your posts to make sure legit comments aren’t being blocked out. If they are, you might have to lighten up a bit.

#4: Regularly read your blog comments

Be sure to keep an eye on your comments. Even the best software or setting can’t prevent everything, so you will have to occasionally manually remove comments on your own.

By applying the above principles, you can ensure that your blog is full of only good, quality comments, which will help your credibility tremendously.

Comments are a great form of communication between yourself and your readers. They help the credibility of your blog!

Until the next post, I wish you all a pleasant week .

Thanks for the positive feedback. You all make it so much fun to bring you informative posts.

Keeping people interested in your blog, whether it is a business or personal blog, is key to attracting a lot of regular visitors. Many blogs have died because people have just lost interest. The main reason for the lack of interest is simply a lack of posts by the blogger. Regular, frequent posting, which will boost your blog’s ranking in search engines, is essential to the survival of any blog.

You might be asking yourself, what is frequent posting? How many blog entries should I make on a given week? How do I make frequent consistently good posts? What are the reasons for me to post frequently? Today, we will go over all of the above.

What is frequent posting?

Frequent blog posting is posting enough to keep your readers interested. Obviously, people will not want to come back to a blog that hasn’t been updated in months. They want to see consistent posting so that they know coming back to check the blog next week to see if there are more posts won’t be a waste of time.

How many blog entries should I make each week?

This is one of the tougher questions to answer. It really depends on the purpose of your blog. If it’s a personal blog, a weekly or twice weekly update is an excellent idea. A political/sports/music/religion blog should have 3-4 posts per week. Business blogs should have at least 2 posts, but preferably 4 each week.

The thing to remember is that quality counts. Posting frequently just for the sake of posting frequently tends to result in subpar posts which people won’t care about. It is important to find a balance—frequent, quality posts that won’t result in burnout on your part. Why create 4 poor quality posts each week when you could post 2 quality posts per week?

How do I create quality postings on a consistent basis?

It’s all about following a consistent pattern of writing. Maybe you’re not a natural writer and this is difficult. That’s why we’ll give you an outline to help you.

1. Pick a topic that is interesting to you and to your readers. Maybe if your blog is a personal blog, you could write about the latest happenings in Hollywood. 2. Carefully think about what you’ll write about the topic. It makes it easy to make quality blog postings if you know exactly what you’ll write. Plot out everything about the post before even beginning to write it. 3. Before writing your content, pick out some keywords that are relevant to your blog. If you naturally use keywords throughout your post, you will please search engine spiders which will get your blog ranked higher on search engines. Your visitors won’t mind the use of keywords if they are used in a tasteful way. 4. Begin writing your post. Don’t limit yourself to a particular amount of words. Just do what’s natural. And if any blog post is hard for you, just take a timeout and relax. You should be able to finish the post a bit later on, after you’ve had some time to think things through, you should be able to finish the post with no problems.

Why is frequent posting important?

Blogs are meant to be outlets for individuals or businesses. They are used to get an opinion out on something and to engage readers. Readers need to have something that makes them want to keep coming back to a blog. That something is usually quality, frequent posts.

Gaining and maintaining visitors isn’t the only reason to post often in your blog. Catching the eye of a search engine—and achieving a high ranking—is another valid reason for posting frequently. Most likely, each posting in your blog features some keywords or keyword phrases scattered throughout it. Logic says that the more natural keywords you have on a blog, the better. Thus, the more posts you make on your blog, the more keywords you have on there. And the more keywords you have, the more likely a search engine bot is to crawl your site. The more your site is crawled by bots, the more likely it is that you will have a high ranking on a search engine.

Frequent blog posting can be easy as long as the person who is posting takes the time to plot out what they’ll write about. So take a few minutes to think about your post and then just do it!

First off, to all of my readers I want to wish you a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year. 2012 is a new beginning for alot of us in the Networking business. As much as I enjoy blogging I want to help those who want to get started blogging on there own. Let us begin:

Over the past few years, blogs have become incredibly popular. Just about everyone who uses the internet also has a blog. You
want to get in on the action, but you’re not sure how to get your own blog.

You are lucky to have sites like Blogger.com and WordPress.com to help you get started. They make it so easy to get set-up and start posting.

In this post today, we will go over everything from signing up for a blog on Blogger.com or WordPress.com to choosing a template (look) to finally making a first post.

What is Blogger.com and WordPress.com?

Simply put, they are a site that hosts blogs for free. This makes it even easier for you to have a blog because there
is no need to set up a web site and host the blog yourself. All you have to do , once you’ve signed up at either site, is login
to your blog, write a blog post and click submit. It‘s that simple.

What will my web address be on Blogger.com or wordpress.com?

Your web address will be http://yourname.blogspot.com or http://yourname.wordpress.com. The one thing about Blogger, WordPress and other free blog sites is that they don’t have as great of a freedom in choosing a name. You are limited to choosing only what is available. So if you’re looking for http://yankeesfan.blogspot.com or http://yankeesfan.wordpress.com, you may not be able to find that.

Signing up for a blog on Blogger or Wordpree, the first thing you’ll do is go to blogger.com. or wordpress.com Next, you’ll
scroll down the page and click on the button labeled “Create Your Blog Now”. You will then be taken to a page where you will enter an email address (used to log into your blog), a password, and a word verification. You’ll also have to check “I Accept Terms of Service”. Click continue. Next, you will be taken to a page where you will choose the blog title, blog address, and another word verification(which is done to prevent auto-signups). When you type in your blog address, you can click a link that says “check availability”. This will tell you whether or not the desired name is available. If the first name you wish to have is not available, keep typing in
different variations of the name until you find one that is available. After you have put in all the information, click “Continue”.

Choosing a Template

After you click “Continue”, you’ll be asked to choose a template. The template can be changed at any time after you
sign-up for the blog, so you don’t have to choose an “official” template now. If you scroll down, you’ll see a variety of different templates.
Click on the one that you like best and then click “Continue”.

Your First Blog Post

After you’ve chosen a template, you’ll see that your blog has been created and that there is a button to “Start Posting”.
Click that button. You’ll be taken to a page that is similar to the posting page at a message board. There is a “Title” field, where you can put in
the title of this particular blog posting. Then there is a bigger field, which is the body of your post. Type all you want in this “Body” field, as there is no limit.

Note that there are options above the field to bold, italicize, underline or spell check the text. There is also the option of
changing the size and color of the text, plus the ability to add bullet points, numbered lists and even pictures. For now, you’ll
just do a simple “Welcome” post.

In the “Title” field, type “Welcome!” In the “Body” field, type your message. You could start with a simple introduction,
talking about yourself and the purpose of the blog. When you’re done typing the message, click the “Publish” button. It is worth
noting that you can choose to save the post as a draft, if you want to go back and later finish the post.

After you’ve clicked “Publish”, you’ll see that your blog has been published successfully. Click the “View Blog” link to view
the results of your work. You’ll now see your post.

Logging into Blogger or WordPress after the first post You’ll go to Blogger.com and click on the “Old Blogger” link at
the top right of the page. Type in the email address and password that you signed up with. You’ll be taken to the
“Dashboard” of your blog. If you want to enter a new post on your blog, click “New Post”. Then follow the instructions
mentioned in the previous section. Or if you want to edit the template, add/edit elements to your page, you’ll click
“Settings” and then “Template”.

That’s all there is to it. Blogs, whether they are hosted at blogger.com, wordpress or another free blog site, are incredibly useful and
fun. You will find that setting up and running a blog is very easy for those who have never done it before.

So what are you waiting for??? Get started today and have fun. Give me a hollar if you have any questions.

Good afternoon Everybody,

Its a beautiful fall day and I guess we all know what this means in the midwest. WINTER!

With that said, I thought we would talk about The Power of Risidual Income. Earning a reliable residual income will give you assurance of a monthly income even if you have lost your social security, lost your job or become unable to work. You know you can count on your residual income to see you through. So many folks have learned the value of residual income since the downturn of the economy which began in 2008 and continues. Alot of people who are earning a residual income today thought they would just use it as a supplemental income but found out that soon they were able to step away from there full time job and devote there time to there residual income job plus have the freedom to spend more time with there family and doing the things that you want to do.

The best types of residual income are usually those that you have exclusive rights to or otherwise control. They may be harder and more time-consuming to
develop or acquire as opposed to promoting products and services of other suppliers, but the rewards are usually greater, and the income more stable.I’m not against earning some good, honest, “one-shot” linear income, but given a choice, which would you rather do: work hard and get paid only
once, through linear income, or get paid continuously – perhaps for years or even the rest of your life – for hard work you perform only once, through
residual income?

I have a good friend who was in a serious accident on a motor scooter a few years ago and she was in the hospital in critical condition for months. She received her monthly checks from the company that she works for even though she was unable to work her business. That is residual income.

Hi all,

I think we covered Article Writing pretty well and now I would like to spend some time with you on Affiliate Marketing. I am an affiliate and will share those with you later on. Being an affiliate you want to know how to bring traffic to your site. Having an affiliate program in place, you can easily sell products without even having them in your hand. As nice as it sounds, you still need to have you own website; it is a requirement for many affiliate programs. Having a website is ideal, but to really make money with affiliate programs, you need to have a website that receives a high amount of traffic. If you would like to increase the amount of traffic that your website sees, you should examine newsletters. Newsletters are a great way to increase website traffic.

Before examining how newsletters can help you increase your websites traffic, it is best that you first understand newsletters. When it
comes to understanding newsletters, there tends to be a little bit of confusion. Newsletters come in a number of different shapes, sizes, and styles; they are all used for different purposes. Essentailly newsletters are emails sent to those who have requested to releive them. Some use newsletters solely to update their customers and others use them just as means of regular communication. One of the most common uses of a newsletter is to increase traffic.

A common question asked by many is “why newsletters?” A large number of individuals, namely affiliate program participants, wonder why they should even

bother writing and then distributing a newsletter. In all honesty, there are an unlimited number of reasons why you should write and distribute newsletters to those who are interested in receiving them. Basically the number one reason, that I can think of, is because you can do it as little or as often as you want. Many webmasters only send out newsletters as often as their time allows them to do
so. It is also important to note that your newsletter content can
be whatever you want it to be. In fact, you may even want to think about tying in your affiliate program or the products that
youare selling.

In conjunction with an affiliate program or an affiliate product tie in, you can not only use newsletters to increase your website traffic, but also to promote your affiliate products; products that you are responsible to help sell. You can do this by writing a quick review or recommendation of the products
or products that you are helping to sell. If you haven’t tried the product yourself, you may want to try and find other internet users who have. Most
of the time, you will find that many internet users are more than willing to write a quick review, for the sake of helping others.

If you enjoy writing articles, you may want to write your own newsletters. If you do not have the writing skills or the time to write you have options.

One of the easiest alternatives is to pay a professional to write your newsletter for you. If you are looking for a free way to make a newsletter you
If you are looking for a free way to make a newsletter you could check out the article directories Many article directories give out free usage rights for their

articles. This means that you can easily find newsletter content, that you didn’t write, without having to spend a
dime!

If you are going to use article directories I strongly advise you to use articles that are in one way or another, related to your website or the affiliate products that you are helping to sell. There are a number of reasons why you should at least think about writing and distributing a newsletter. In addition to those reasons, there are also an unlimited number of benefits to using newsletters to your advantage. Whether youmake the decision to write your own newsletters, hire a professional, or use free content from article directories, I urge you to give the newsletter a try. You may be surprised how effective they can be.

Have you ever received a newsletter in your email? A large number of internet users do and many actually read
them!

Give the newsletter writing a try and I would like some feedback.

Hi Everyone,

The buzz this past week in Networking has been the launch of Mark Hoversons “”Irresistable Info-Marketing Blueprint”. Its

created quite a stir so wanted to share some video with you and see what you think.

Wouldn’t it be nice to f-i-n-a-l-l-y figure out exactly why people (as in massive amounts of people) either buy,
or don’t buy your products?

Once you know the blueprint (not many people know it btw), the science of raking in constant ca$h-flow becomes
so easy. Sounds too simplistic? It’s not.

Mark Hoverson’s new video is a living “case study” in showing you how the blueprint actually works. (Warning: if you don’t
implement this blueprint, people really just don’t buy). However, if you know how to implement the blueprint, people
really do buy. It’s that simple.

So, in a blazing fast 16-min video, you are going to see a little trick Mark uses over and over that causes the ca$h
register to go ching! ching! ching! constantly.

Here are a couple tips to keep in mind while you go through this amazing video:

#1- When people buy something, they pay
with money. Duh.

#2- Thus, even though you’ve heard that
people buy stuff based on “emotion” or
whatever…at the end of the day, they
actually pay with money. (Just try going
to your bank and depositing other people’s
emotions…it doesn’t go over very well).

#3- Therefore, whatever you are selling,
you have to provide a compelling “over the top”
reason for them to part with their money
for your product.

What you are about to see is an example of how Mark guides people through the “value grid” so they go, “aha! of course
I’ll pay for that…I’d be crazy not to.” He uses his “Irresistible Info-Marketing Blueprint” product as a sizzling demonstration
of how you can do this too. So, watch Video 2 “Quantum Wealth” to see this blueprint in pristine action. And then
you will know how to do it too. These are the keys to unlocking ca$h-flow. Enjoy:

Watch “Quantum Wealth” now:

http://trixielee.informationblueprint.com

Let’s rock,

Sharon Bloch

ps…actually “crunch” these numbers as you
watch the blueprint so you can see how you
can actually “triple your income”:

http://trixielee.informationblueprint.com
